Summary

This study will follow 300 adults with a portosystemic shunt (an abnormal blood vessel connection between the liver and other organs) who also have pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). Researchers aim to learn how common this condition is, what symptoms appear, and how well current treatments work. Participants will undergo tests and be monitored over time to track health changes and outcomes.
