Summary

This study tests a portable ECG system to help doctors monitor a specific type of heart pacing (left bundle branch area pacing) during pacemaker or defibrillator implantation. About 55 adults who need this pacing will participate. The goal is to see if the portable ECG works as well as standard equipment to confirm correct lead placement.
