New light treatment tested for red birthmarks

Summary
This study is testing a light-based therapy to reduce the appearance of port-wine birthmarks. Adults aged 18-75 will receive either the active light treatment or a placebo treatment in cycles. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective light dose and to see how well the treatment works on different body areas.
