Summary

This study explores how poor sleep during pregnancy may increase the risk of stress and mental health problems after giving birth. Researchers will follow 114 pregnant women, measuring sleep quality, stress hormones, and mood. They will also test an online program designed to improve sleep and prevent postpartum depression and anxiety.
