Summary
This study looks at how poor sleep during pregnancy can lead to stress and mental health issues like depression and anxiety after giving birth. Researchers will follow 114 pregnant women and test an online sleep therapy program to see if it helps prevent these problems. The goal is to find simple ways to support new mothers' mental health.
