Shock to the tongue? device aims to steady stroke survivors' steps

Summary

This study tests a device that stimulates the tongue to improve walking and balance in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. 60 adults aged 18-84 with lasting leg weakness and walking problems will use the device along with physical therapy. The goal is to see if it is safe and helps them move better.
