First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether combining two anti-cancer drugs, pomalidomide and liposomal doxorubicin, can safely treat advanced or hard-to-treat Kaposi sarcoma. About 62 adults with this rare skin cancer, often linked to HIV, will receive the drugs in 4-week cycles. The main goal is to find safe doses and understand side effects, while also tracking how well the cancer responds.
