Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, pomalidomide and dexamethasone, in 84 people with advanced multiple myeloma whose cancer had stopped responding to two other standard treatments. The goal was to see if this new combination could shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants received one of two dose schedules to find the best balance of effectiveness and side effects.
