NCT ID NCT07609446

First seen Jun 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a three-drug combination (pomalidomide, an anti-CD20 antibody, and prednisone) as a first treatment for people with slow-growing B-cell lymphomas. About 30 adults who have not had prior treatment will receive six cycles of the drugs, followed by two years of maintenance therapy. The goal is to see how well the combination shrinks tumors and controls the disease over time.
