First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether the drug pomalidomide can help CAR T-cells work better in people with B-cell leukemias or lymphomas that have returned or not responded to treatment. About 12 adults will take pomalidomide pills for a short time after receiving standard CAR T-cell therapy. The main goal is to check safety and see if the drug helps CAR T-cells stay active longer.
