NCT ID NCT06810635
First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at how people with type 2 diabetes break down polyphenols—natural compounds found in plants—compared to healthy individuals of the same age. Researchers will measure these compounds in urine after participants take a polyphenol-rich pill. The goal is to understand differences in gut health and metabolism that may be linked to diabetes.
