New device aims to improve colon polyp measurements
NCT ID NCT04858477
Summary
This study tested a device called Napoleon that helps doctors measure colon polyps during colonoscopy procedures. Researchers compared measurements taken by doctors using just their eyes versus using the Napoleon device to see which was more accurate. The goal was to determine if this tool could help doctors make better decisions about when patients need follow-up colonoscopies.
