New device aims to take the guesswork out of polyp measurements
NCT ID NCT04858477
Summary
This study tested a new device called Napoleon that helps doctors-in-training measure colon polyps during colonoscopies. Researchers wanted to see if using this tool gave more accurate measurements than just eyeballing the polyps. They tracked 46 doctors-in-training as they performed colonoscopies on patients aged 45 and older to compare the two methods.
