NCT ID NCT07563439

First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a new shot called PollenVax for people with moderate-to-severe allergic rhinitis (hay fever) caused by mugwort pollen. The shot contains a lab-made version of the main allergy-triggering protein and is given as four weekly injections. Researchers want to see if it reduces symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes during peak pollen season, and if it is safe. About 138 adults aged 18 to 65 will take part.
