First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new allergy shot called PollenVax for people with moderate-to-severe hay fever caused by mugwort pollen. The shot is given as 4 weekly injections and aims to reduce symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. About 138 adults aged 18-65 will take part, and half will receive the real shot while the others get a placebo. The study will measure how well the treatment works during peak pollen season and check for any side effects.
