One shot polio protection? new study tests single dose in teens and adults

Summary
This study compares a single dose of a polio vaccine (sIPV) given to people aged 7 to 50 years with the standard three-dose vaccine given to infants. The goal is to see if one dose works as well in older age groups. About 180 healthy participants will be enrolled to check immune response and safety.
