One shot to protect: new polio vaccine study for teens and adults

Summary
This study compares a single dose of a new polio vaccine (sIPV) given to people aged 7-50 years with the standard three-dose vaccine given to babies. The goal is to see if the single dose works as well and is just as safe. About 180 healthy volunteers will take part.
