Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (PolaR-ICE) for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to initial treatment. The goal is to see if adding a targeted drug (polatuzumab vedotin) to standard chemotherapy can improve the chance of complete remission. About 41 adults with relapsed or refractory disease will receive this therapy as their first salvage treatment.
