This study aims to see if a special cell culture system can detect a substance in the blood that causes protein leakage in the urine of people with a kidney condition called nephrotic syndrome. Researchers will compare blood and urine samples from 150 participants, including patients with the condition, healthy volunteers, and people with other kidney diseases. The goal is to improve understanding of the disease and test potential treatments in the lab.
