Summary
This study tests whether a type of exercise called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) can help people with scapular winging, a condition where the shoulder blade sticks out. Researchers will measure shoulder muscle strength and endurance, as well as quality of life, in 50 participants. The goal is to see if these exercises can improve shoulder function and reduce discomfort.
