Summary
This study is testing whether a type of exercise called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) can improve shoulder function and quality of life in people with scapular winging, a condition where the shoulder blade sticks out. Researchers will measure muscle strength and endurance in 50 adults with this condition. The goal is to see if these targeted exercises can help reduce discomfort and improve daily movement.
