Summary
This early-stage study tests a single dose of PNEUMOSTEM® stem cells in 12 very premature babies with early pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). The goal is to see if it is safe and can improve breathing, reduce the need for oxygen and a breathing machine, and reverse heart strain. The study will follow babies for several weeks to monitor their heart and lung health.
