Summary
This study aims to find the best length of time for kidney transplant patients to take a preventive antibiotic to stop a dangerous lung infection called PJP. Researchers will enroll 450 patients and compare different treatment durations to see which one is most effective at preventing the infection. The goal is to provide clear guidance to doctors to improve patient safety and survival after transplant.
