Summary
This study aims to find the best length of time for kidney transplant patients to take a preventive antibiotic to stop a serious lung infection called PJP. Researchers will enroll 450 patients to compare different treatment durations and measure drug levels in the blood. The goal is to create clearer guidelines to reduce infection risk and improve patient safety after transplant.
