Summary

This study looks at how common pneumococcal bacteria are in the noses of children aged 2 months to 5 years who are in the hospital with breathing problems. Researchers will use advanced genetic testing to identify the bacteria types and check for antibiotic resistance. The goal is to help Vietnam choose the best vaccines and track resistance patterns.
