Summary
This study looks at how common pneumococcal bacteria are in the noses of children aged 2 months to 5 years who are in the hospital with breathing problems. Researchers will use advanced genetic testing to identify the types of bacteria and check for antibiotic resistance. The goal is to help improve vaccine policies and fight antibiotic resistance in Vietnam.
