New pill targets Hard-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This early-phase trial tests the safety of an experimental oral drug called PMD-026 in people with metastatic breast cancer that has spread and cannot be cured. The drug targets a protein called RSK2 found on tumor cells. About 61 participants will receive the drug alone or with another treatment to see if it is safe and tolerable.
