Can jump drills make basketball players faster and stronger?
NCT ID NCT07399548
Summary
This study tested whether adding jump training to regular basketball practice improves athletic performance. Researchers divided 24 male college basketball players into two groups: one continued normal training while the other added jump exercises twice weekly for 8 weeks. They measured sprint speed, agility, jump height, and leg strength before and after to see if the extra training made a difference.
