NCT ID NCT07555158

First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether short, fun activities like guided drawing, gentle movement, and emotional reflection can help university students feel calmer during exams. About 60 students will take part in a single 20-minute session, and some will have their brain activity recorded with a special headset. The goal is to see if these playful techniques reduce stress and anxiety, and improve focus.
