First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding platelet-rich fibrin or probiotics to immediate dental implant surgery with gum grafting helps the implant heal better. Twenty-two adults needing a single front tooth implant will be randomly assigned to one of the two add-on treatments. The main goal is to measure a healing marker in the gum fluid around the implant.
