Summary
This study will check if certain blood platelet measurements can show how active inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is. Researchers will compare platelet levels with standard disease activity scores in 84 adults with IBD. The goal is to see if these easy-to-get blood tests could help doctors monitor the disease without extra procedures.
