Summary
This study tested two hands-on treatments for chronic plantar fasciitis—a common cause of heel pain. Fifty-six adults received either instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization or foam rolling, plus exercises. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain, improves ankle movement, and boosts daily function.
