Summary
This study tests a specially designed oat-based drink with added vitamin D, zinc, and other nutrients to see if it can improve immune function and reduce inflammation in healthy adults aged 60 to 80. The drink is meant to help older people stay healthier as they age. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers of inflammation and immune health over the study period.
