Summary

This study tested a new protein substitute called PKU GOLIKE against standard amino acid substitutes in 16 children with PKU. The goal was to see if it helps keep blood phenylalanine levels more stable. Children took each product for a week, with a two-week break in between, and provided blood and urine samples along with sleep and diet diaries.
