Summary
This pilot study aimed to see if adjusting the dose of the chemotherapy drug 5-FU based on its concentration in the blood could improve treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer. The study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants. It was designed for adults with metastatic colorectal cancer who had not received prior treatment for their metastatic disease.
