Kidney transplant patients sought for study to prevent deadly lung infection

Summary
This study looks at how long kidney transplant patients should take a common antibiotic (TMP-SMX) to prevent a serious lung infection called PJP. About 450 participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment durations. The goal is to find the safest and most effective length of preventive therapy.
