New hope for lymphoma patients: drug duo aims to shrink tumors without chemo

Summary
This study tests whether combining pirtobrutinib (a targeted pill) with rituximab (an antibody infusion) can shrink or eliminate tumors in people newly diagnosed with marginal zone lymphoma. About 23 adults who need treatment but haven't had prior systemic therapy will receive the combo for several cycles. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve a partial or complete response by cycle 7.
