Summary

This study tests whether a chemotherapy-free combination of pirtobrutinib and rituximab can help people with low or intermediate risk mantle cell lymphoma achieve long-term remission. About 50 adults who have not yet been treated for MCL will receive the two drugs. The main goal is to check safety and how well the treatment controls the disease.
