First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the targeted drug pirtobrutinib to standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) works better than chemotherapy alone for people with Richter transformation, a fast-growing lymphoma that can develop from chronic lymphocytic leukemia. About 102 adults with this condition will be randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups. The main goal is to see if the combination helps people live longer without their cancer getting worse.
