Summary

This study compares two different hands-on therapy techniques for treating piriformis syndrome, a condition that causes buttock and sciatic nerve pain. 42 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Stecco Fascial Manipulation or Rolfing Structural Integration, along with standard physical therapy, over four weekly sessions. Researchers will measure which approach is better at reducing pain and improving movement and function.
