Summary

This study aims to see which of two specialized hands-on therapies works better for reducing pain and improving movement in people with piriformis syndrome. It will involve 42 adults with buttock and leg pain, who will be randomly assigned to receive either Stecco Fascial Manipulation or Rolfing Structural Integration over four weeks. Both groups will also receive standard physical therapy, and researchers will compare changes in pain levels and hip flexibility.
