Summary

This early-stage study tests a method called PIPAC, which sprays chemotherapy directly into the abdomen as a fine mist. It aims to ease symptoms in people with advanced cancer that has spread to the lining of the belly and who cannot have surgery. The main goal is to see if the procedure is safe and feasible for 25 participants.
