Summary

This study tests if giving chemotherapy as a mist directly into the belly (PIPAC) along with standard IV chemo can help women with advanced ovarian cancer. The goal is to see if it makes surgery more successful and improves survival. About 160 women aged 18-75 with stage IIIB-IIIC ovarian cancer will take part.
