Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and hasn't responded to at least two prior treatments. The treatment combines a modified virus (PIN) that kills cancer cells with an immunotherapy drug (sintilimab) that helps the immune system attack the cancer. The main goals are to check safety and see if the combination shrinks tumors.
