Summary
This study tests a drug called pimicotinib in 20 Japanese adults with tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT), a rare, non-cancerous tumor that grows around joints and can cause pain and stiffness. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink the tumor and improve symptoms. Participants take the drug by mouth, and researchers monitor safety, drug levels in the blood, and tumor response.
