First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called pimicotinib in 20 Japanese adults with tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT), a rare, non-cancerous tumor that grows around joints and can cause pain and stiffness. The drug aims to shrink the tumor and improve symptoms. Participants must have tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The study will check safety, how the drug moves through the body, and whether it helps control the disease.
