Summary

This study tests whether the drug pimavanserin can improve sleep in veterans who have both PTSD and insomnia. About 60 veterans will receive either the drug or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in sleep quality and PTSD symptoms to see if the drug helps.
