First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a telehealth-based Living Donor Navigator program helps more kidney transplant candidates find living donors compared to standard care. About 347 adults with end-stage kidney disease who are already being evaluated for a transplant will take part. The goal is to see if remote support can overcome geographic barriers and increase donor screenings and approvals.
