Summary
This study tested whether a remote exercise program delivered through a smartphone app (Vitala) is practical and helpful for 20 adults with obesity and poorly controlled asthma. Participants followed a personalized exercise plan for 12 weeks. The main goal was to see if people would stick with the program, and the secondary goal was to check if asthma symptoms improved.
