Laser breakthrough could speed healing of painful cysts

Summary
This study looks at whether a special 1940 nm laser can improve healing after pilonidal cyst surgery. About 30 people who have the surgery will be followed for one month to see if their wound closes faster, and for six months to check if the cyst comes back. The goal is to find a treatment that reduces pain and recovery time.
